REFUND POLICY

We’re so glad you’re considering joining us! These retreats are prayerfully designed to create a one-of-a-kind experience for every woman who attends. Because of the level of commitment required, we ask that you carefully review the following before booking:

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your spot and allow us to make upfront commitments to our vendors.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that life happens, but please note that all payments are non-refundable (including deposits, installments, upgrades, and final payments). The only exception is if the retreat itself is canceled in its entirety by Chosen Investment Group, LLC, in which case full refunds will be issued.

 

Why Payments Are Non-Refundable

When we plan these retreats, we enter into binding agreements with event venues, hotels, caterers, speakers, and other vendors. These partners often require advance deposit payments to hold space for our group. To honor those commitments and bring you the best experience possible, we must strictly enforce our no-refund policy.

Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment. Insurance may cover unexpected events such as medical emergencies, loss of income, family emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Without insurance, you may forfeit your investment should you need to cancel.

 

Transfers

Can’t make it? You may transfer your reservation to another guest, pending approval by Chosen Investment Group, LLC.​

  • Transfers must be requested in writing.

  • The recipient must complete a new registration form to finalize the transfer.

Late Payments

If you sign up for a payment plan and a reservation falls more than two payments behind, it may be canceled, and the cancellation policy above will apply.
